Old school fish and chips shop run by young people. Very friendly and quick service, fresh, tasty fish and decent, thick chips. That's what you expect and you get it for a fair price. Would definitely go back!
Always have our chips at the Catch on our holidays in England. Never get this big sizes of Chips in Germany. The service was awesome. See you next year again! Dankeschon :)
We visited The Catch four years ago last time we visited the area and it was great so we returned again today and it did not disappoint. Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Not greasy at all. The chips are crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, not limp and soggy! Portions were huge and very reasonably priced, our family of 5 was very well fed with food left over for 20. Honestly the best chip supper around, you won't be disappointed!
Went for a walk and stumbled upon this fish and chip shop. Two young lads serving. Very welcoming. Fish crispy and surprisingly not oily. Definitely if I am back in Hastings worth the bus ride,to get here
While staying on then the Haven site we spotted this cracking fish and chip shop. The portions sizes are very good. Chips had a lovely crunchy to them. Staff really friendly. We only normally have a take away once on holiday but had to return to this little gem a second time.
Discovered this takeaway through social media and thought we'd give it a go. We are so glad we did! The food was cooked to perfection. The chips had a crisp to them like they should. The battered cod and scampi were still really tasty. The portion sizes were huge. Prices are really attractive and the customer service was excellent.
Had a meal tonight and all cooked to a great standard had a 10 minute walk to get back to our holiday park all was lovely and warm still and the cod and cod roe were both great chips even better.
Friendly service, lovely food,generous portions.
